The Sales Manager of OH, KY & TN, will be responsible for managing a team of trusted sales advisors within the assigned territories and must live in one of the following territories: Ohio, Kentucky, Florida or Tennessee. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate the values and culture of VEGA and how we deliver the VEGA Experience to our customers.
  • Develops sales team to be trusted advisors for our internal and external customers.
  • Develops and manages strategy for VEGA market shares growth in territory.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within established territory.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Direct Sales personnel.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Build territory strategies with each seller to meet the goals of the organization as well as a seller’s individual goals.
  • Accounts are managed in accordance with established company policies and procedures through regular use of the customer relationship management (CRM) system, TopVis.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carried out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Manages Direct sellers within assigned territory.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University. OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficient in the following computer software programs: TopVis, Microsoft Office Products

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Personal credit card with ample credit to cover travel expenses.

Valid Driver’s license and driving record which permits the renting of vehicle.
