The Sales Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful opening of new skilled nursing facilities. This position is not just about processes-it's about building trust, fostering solid relationships, and creating a seamless experience for our partners and their residents. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution, guiding teams through change with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
Your ability to combine project management expertise with genuine rapport-building will help us achieve membership goals while laying the foundation for partnerships that last. Every interaction matters-your leadership will influence how facilities experience our brand and how residents ultimately benefit from our services.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead with purpose: Drive the implementation of new Skilled Nursing Facility accounts as determined by market leadership, ensuring partners feel supported and valued throughout the process
  • Re-engage with empathy: Approach targeted Same Store homes with a solutions-oriented mindset, listening actively to overcome objections and rebuild trust
  • Deliver on commitments: Meet established project timelines and permission-to-contact goals before opening and within 90 days post-effective date
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with Sales Directors and Account Managers to achieve new business and re-engagement penetration goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success
  • Communicate with clarity: Ensure all stakeholders - internal and external - understand expectations, timelines, and next steps, reducing uncertainty and building confidence
  • Champion compliance: Uphold CMS and UHC requirements while maintaining integrity and transparency in every interaction
  • Adapt and problem-solve: Recognize challenges early and respond with creative, partner-focused solutions that strengthen relationships
  • Own the experience: Manage all aspects of new SNF openings, from initial launch meetings to 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes
  • Support growth: Provide timely data and insights to inform reporting and decision-making, contributing to continuous improvement
  • Lead by example: Demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and emotional intelligence in every engagement, setting the tone for successful partnerships

Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain health insurance licenses within 90 days of hire
  • 3+ years combined experience in Account Management, Senior Living, Sales, Business Development, or Project Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated exceptional project Management, time management and organizational skills
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and trust within a team environment
  • Willingness to travel (50% +) and work occasional evenings/weekends
  • Driver's License and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in healthcare, with experience in Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care, or Health Insurance
  • Salesforce experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
