Responsibilities:Technical Sales Management:
Manage medium-to-high complexity sales opportunities, providing technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with customers, acting as their technical point of contact.
Solution Development:
Work with internal teams to develop technical solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Sales Forecasting:
Provide sales forecasts and track project progress to ensure sales targets are met.
Customer Feedback Management:
Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D, production, and other internal teams to deliver technical solutions.
Training & Development:
Provide technical training and support to customers and internal sales teams.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks during sales projects.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of products and sales processes.
Experience in customer relationship management.
