The Role

We're seeking a Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and platform expansion across the Northeast US. You will source, sell, and onboard Part 135 charter operators onto the Tuvoli platform, focusing on growing the footprint for the assigned region. This is a direct sales role; you will own the full cycle from prospecting through implementation support, with the CRM providing a pre-populated pipeline of accounts in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close Part 135 charter operators in your region

  • Present Tuvoli's full product suite and demonstrate the value proposition specific to each operator's pain points

  • Build relationships with decision-makers (owners, operators, finance/ops leadership)

  • Manage pipeline and forecast; achieving on KPI’s including new client targets

  • Onboard new clients, ensuring successful deployment and initial adoption

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities with existing accounts

  • Provide feedback from the field to refine messaging and product positioning

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Background working with or selling into Part 135 charter operators. You understand their workflows, compliance environment, pain points, and how they transact.

  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record closing B2B sales; comfort with consultative selling and managing complex decision-making processes

  • Territory Ownership: Self-directed, able to work independently and execute a prospecting strategy with a high degree of independence. The selected applicant must reside within the assigned territory. (NY, NJ, CT or MA)

  • Product Fluency: Ability to learn and articulate technical solutions; comfort translating features into operator outcomes

  • Relationship Building: Natural ability to establish credibility and earn trust with aviation executives

  • Metric-Driven: Disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and hitting targets

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + commission structure. Moderate travel is required within your territory.
