Remote Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, developing new business, presenting products and services, closing deals, managing client relationships, coordinating pricing and orders with internal teams, meeting sales targets, maintaining CRM records, and preparing sales reports. The role serves Indian and international markets and requires extensive travel of approximately 70–80%.

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to support our sales operations remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, client communication, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and digital channels.
- Present products/services to potential clients and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Client Communication & Coordination
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (UAE office) for pricing, proposals, and order processing.
Sales Targets & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Preferred
- Experience in domestic Indian market.
- Background in Plastic raw materials, Polymers, trading, or similar industries.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Extensive travelling will be required. (Around 70 - 80% travel is required)
