Sales Executive, Hospitals

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the hospital and healthcare sector to drive revenue growth by calling on healthcare agencies and direct client accounts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital advertising, with hands-on experience managing and selling display and programmatic campaigns. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate client needs into effective advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with healthcare agencies and direct healthcare/hospital clients
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the healthcare and hospital market
  • Sell and manage digital advertising solutions, with a focus on display and programmatic campaigns
  • Work closely with internal campaign management and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Educate clients on campaign strategy, targeting, performance metrics, and optimization opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and media plans tailored to healthcare clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to clients
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity tracking in CRM systems
  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and digital advertising best practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare, hospital systems, or healthcare-related advertising
  • Proven experience calling on agencies and direct clients
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, including display and programmatic platforms
  • Experience managing or overseeing digital campaigns from planning through optimization
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling media, ad tech, or digital marketing solutions in healthcare
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant advertising practices
  • Experience working with DSPs, ad servers, and analytics platforms

Salary range: Up to $150k based on experience
