SUMMARY

As the Sales Engineering VP, you will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration between our product team, partners, and end users. Your primary responsibility will be to support partners and, when necessary, end users with technical expertise, ensuring that our sustainable cooling solutions meet their needs. Additionally, you will gather feedback from partners and end users to help shape and enhance MARA’s products. In this role, you will work closely with both the product and sales teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer demands and partner requirements. 

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: 

  • Partner & Customer Support: 
    Provide technical expertise to partners and end users, assisting them in the integration and optimization of MARA Tech solutions. 
  • Feedback Collection & Product Development: 
    Liaise between the product team and partners, gathering valuable feedback from partners and customers to influence product enhancements and new features. 
  • Solution Customization: 
    Tailor MARA Tech’s cooling solutions to meet specific partner and end-user needs, ensuring product-market fit while optimizing for performance and efficiency. 
  • GTM Strategy Execution: 
    Collaborate with the sales team and partners to develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align with MARA Tech’s overall business objectives. 
  • Technical Training & Enablement: 
    Support the Partner Team to ensure partners and customers are fully trained and certified on MARA Tech solutions, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to succeed. 
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: 
    Act as a technical advisor, addressing any challenges partners or customers encounter during implementation or product use. 
  • Internal Collaboration: 
    Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure partner and end-user feedback is considered in product roadmaps and marketing strategies. 
  • Scalable Solutions: 
    Help scale the sales engineering function to support MARA Tech’s growing partner ecosystem, ensuring the team can meet the technical demands of new and existing partners. 

What You Will Bring to the Team: 

As the Sales Engineering VP, you will be instrumental in ensuring that MARA’s sustainable cooling technologies are optimized for partners and end users. You will have a strong technical background, a keen eye for customer feedback, and the ability to translate that feedback into actionable product improvements. Your collaborative nature and customer-first mindset will help MARATech continue to innovate and lead the market in sustainable technology. 

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, computer science, environmental science, or a related field. 
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales engineering, technical account management, or product management roles, ideally within the technology, renewable energy, or clean technology sectors. 
  • Strong technical understanding of data center infrastructure, sustainable cooling technologies, and market trends. 

Key Skills and Abilities: 

  • Technical Expertise: 
    In-depth knowledge of MARA’s solutions and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to partners and customers. 
  • Partner & Customer Engagement: 
    Ability to work closely with partners and customers, understand their technical needs, and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Problem Solving: 
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges faced by partners or end users. 
  • Communication Skills: 
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively. 
  • Collaboration & Feedback: 
    Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with product development teams, to provide actionable customer feedback. 
  • Strategic Thinking: 
    Ability to think strategically, aligning technical solutions with business objectives and supporting MARA’s long-term goals. 

Additional Requirements: 

  • Familiarity with technology, renewable energy, or sustainability sectors, supporting MARA’s mission of leading in sustainable cooling technologies.
