Job Description

Our Client is an early stage SaaS start-up disrupting the enterprise architecture and application portfolio management space. Our client simplifies the complications of managing enterprise software by encompassing application portfolio management and architecture integration management, into one easy to use platform, serving Fortune 500 organizations globally. Founded in 2012 in the heart of Germany, and backed by leading International Venture Capitalists, our Client is actively expanding its’ presence in the global markets with new offices in the United States.
 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant or Customer Success Engineer

• Analytical way of thinking and a high focus on data-driven decision making

• Passion for consulting and tactical empathy to apply and present complex solutions effectively

• Enthusiasm at work and technical affinity

• Good understanding of modern application architectures (e.g. REST API, Microservices, Container Deployment). Understanding of IT organizations, development of IT applications and IT operations in medium to large-size companies

• Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry

• Excellent technical vocabulary

Responsibilities:

• Multiply the success of sales by providing technical ad-hoc solutions that prove value of Company’s software

• Document and organize technical solutions database

• Cooperate with a sales team to succeed with product demonstrations and tenders

• Be able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs and execute technical proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote\

• Quickly understand customers’ business goals and translate them into an effective technical implementation

Additional Information

The rapid growth of the Company leads to the expansion of both European and American offices and we are looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen the Customer Success Team. This person will be a key player in the sales team who in cooperation with other members will explore, test, and consult on the ideal setup to meet the common goals. We are seeking an initiative and enthusiastic young professional who is technically interested in IT trends and who is ready to actively leverage Company’s product and consulting expertise in pre-sales process.
