The Sales Engineer will work with SMB clients, assessing business needs and configuring HCM solutions, while providing technical insights and presentations.
Job Description

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Presales/ Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions or practitioner experience with domain expertise in HR systems
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst with the ability to understand requirements of the business, translate, and configure applications to meet business needs
- Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting
- Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills
- Self Starter with a curious mindset , resourceful, and solutions oriented
- Strong presentation skills; story teller
- The ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers (integrations)
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for winning, with a team player mentality
