As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to help bring this vision to life by bridging the gap between advanced technology and real-world clinical value.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for the field sales team, acting as a key technical advisor and product advocate throughout the sales process.
  • Drive and manage the technology evaluation stage, ensuring all customer requirements are identified and addressed.
  • Participate in on-site and remote client meetings to assess needs and align technical solutions accordingly.
  • Develop, complete, and update Statements of Work, solution configurations, and technical proposals to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Prepare and respond to RFIs/RFPs and vendor security questionnaires, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convey market and technical requirements to Product and Solutions Management.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to the sales organization on the company’s product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned technical sales targets across the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare IT technical sales or sales support experience; background in installations, migrations, systems integration, or operations is a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT services (managed security, cloud computing, virtualization, asset tracking, AI, hosted IP, networking, and telecommunications).
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining client relationships across all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to find creative, pragmatic solutions.
  • Collaborative, professional, and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a results-driven work ethic.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools).
  • Ideally located in the Eastern Time Zone, with willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada up to 20% of the time.
