Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans and forecasts to enhance revenue and profit growth.
- Lead and manage government contracting projects, ensuring they meet or exceed profitability projections and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients, enhancing market share and business development.
- Manage and oversee project operations, contract management, and system integration.
- Drive process improvements and staff training initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
- Play a pivotal role in HR planning and leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
- Minimum of 6 years of government contracting experience.
- Demonstrated success in winning government contracts, with experience in managing contracts worth over $300M and generating direct company revenue in excess of $60M.
- Proven ability in starting and building government business units from scratch.
- Expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, HR planning, and revenue growth.
- Strong skills in business development, relationship building, project management, operations management, and contract management.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on staff training and team development.
