Sales Enablement - Wealth Custody & Clearing, Assistant Vice President
Who we are looking for
Wealth Custody and Clearing is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Sales Enablement to support revenue growth across our introducing broker-dealer and wealth custody platform. This individual equips sales, business development, and partnership teams with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to drive successful client engagements.
The AVP develops a deep understanding of our platform capabilities, including account onboarding, cash management, transfers, trading, rebalancing, performance reporting, fee-billing, and third-party integrations. They deliver high-quality demos, training, and client-facing materials while partnering closely with Product Management, Operations, and Client Service to align with the product roadmap, releases, service workflows, and client experience standards. This role reports to the Managing Director of Product Management & Strategy, Wealth Custody and Clearing, and may be based in Boston (MA), Austin (TX), Irvine (CA), or Princeton (NJ).

The AVP bridges product, sales, operations, and client service so that external messaging reflects the product roadmap, operational readiness, regulatory considerations, and platform strengths. The outcome is a cohesive client experience from first conversation through onboarding and ongoing service.
What you will be responsible for
- Deliver clear, accurate product demos across all digital tools, and related capabilities to support sales enablement.
- Provide commercial support for sales, business development, and partnership teams with decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning, and client-ready collateral.
- Partner with Product Management to understand upcoming features, enhancements, and integrations.
- Train client-facing teams on platform features, new releases, processes, and value propositions.
- Provide structured feedback from client and prospect conversations to inform roadmap priorities.
- Coordinate with external fintech and platform partners so sales teams understand integrated capabilities.
- Partner with Operations and Client Service to understand onboarding workflows, service models, SLAs, and support processes.
- Develop and maintain internal materials for sales playbooks, capability summaries, demo scripts, and FAQs.
- Create and maintain client-facing materials that explain onboarding, service, support processes, and product roadmap.
- Prepare concise updates for leadership on sales insights, demo feedback, and product–market alignment.

Education and preferred qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required.
- 5–7+ years in sales enablement, product support, platform training, or related roles within financial services.
- Experience supporting wealth advisors, RIAs, end to end workflows, custody, clearing, trading, or wealth technology products is preferred.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, digital platforms, and fintech partnerships is a plus.
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
