The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Enablement team. This individual will work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to build and execute a variety of projects that drive sales team productivity, engagement, and learning. The role will focus on communication, content management, tool enablement, and ongoing support for onboarding and training initiatives. This is a high-impact, field-facing individual contributor role with solid visibility across senior leadership and key business partners. Your mission: to drive measurable improvement in field productivity, sales effectiveness, and revenue outcomes by ensuring every customer-facing team member has the skills, tools, and coaching to win. 

What you will do:Sales Enablement & Training:
  • Support sales onboarding programs, including scheduling, materials, and tracking completion
  • Coordinate ongoing sales training initiatives (product updates, messaging, tools, and best practices)
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and FAQs
    Help ensure sales teams are informed and ready for new product launches or campaigns
Content & Asset Management:
  • Organize, update, and maintain sales enablement content in the CRM or enablement platform
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and easy to find
  • Monitor content usage and gather feedback from sales to improve effectiveness
Sales Tools & Process Support:
  • Support adoption and best practices for sales tools (CRM, enablement platforms, LMS, etc.)
  • Assist with documentation of sales processes, workflows, and methodologies
  • Help identify gaps or inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, training, or a related role
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience, including salary, equity, and where applicable, performance-based pay. Our Talent Acquisition Team can answer questions around dbt Lab’s total rewards during your interview process.

  • The typical starting salary range for this role is: $107,000 to $130,000.
