The Sales Enablement Specialist supports daily operations of the Sales Enablement team by coordinating learning and training events, collaborating cross-functionally, managing the Learning Management System, and responding to communications from internal customer-facing teams.
With strong attention to detail and an execution-focused mindset, you will play a critical role in advancing the effectiveness of our customer-facing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing large-scale professional events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An effective public speaker who can enthusiastically emcee webinars and live events, and articulate clear instructions to broad audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional relationships at all levels
- Builder mentality with strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and vague instructions, and find viable solutions
- Experience as a software administrator for a large enterprise company
- Mastery of Google suite (Gmail, Gcal) and document management within Google drive
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
