CodeRabbit is an innovative research and development company focused on building extraordinarily productive human-machine collaboration systems. Our primary goal is to create the next generation of Gen AI-driven code reviewers: a symbiotic partnership between humans and advanced algorithms that significantly outperforms individual engineers. We combine language models with human ingenuity to push the boundaries of software development efficiency and quality.
Role OverviewAs our first Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll be the architect of CodeRabbit’s enablement function — designing the playbooks, onboarding programs, tools, and processes that power our sales team’s success.
You’ll work closely with sales leadership to make sure every rep is armed with the knowledge, resources, and confidence to win. This is a foundational, high-impact role with room to grow as we scale.
What You’ll DoBuild and launch the sales onboarding and training program for new hires — from ramp plans to certification.
Create and maintain a central sales content library (battle cards, playbooks, objection handling, competitive intel).
Translate product updates and marketing insights into actionable, sales-ready materials.
Partner with GTM leadership to define and track enablement KPIs (ramp time, content adoption, win-rate, quota attainment).
Own and manage our enablement stack — CRM, sales engagement, LMS, content platforms.
Host deal clinics, refresh sessions, and ongoing learning initiatives to keep our team sharp.
Analyze gaps in sales skills or process and roll out targeted training programs.
2–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM effectiveness, ideally at a SaaS or AI startup.
Excellent communicator and storyteller who can simplify complex concepts.
Experience supporting sales teams (AEs, SDRs, BDRs) across the full sales motion.
Analytical mindset — you know how to measure adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
Highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Tech-savvy with modern sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, Gong, etc.).
Have experience selling to developers or in technical SaaS.
Have built enablement programs from scratch at a scaling company.
Love bridging the gap between product, marketing, and sales.
