Sales Enablement and Growth Strategy Lead
Overview
Capco is seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to lead initiatives that drive domain and account growth, enhance our sales and marketing alignment, and ensure the continuous improvement of our go-to-market assets. This role will be instrumental in strengthening our sales enablement capabilities by enhancing deal support, refining strategic messaging, and managing high-impact content across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Domain and Account Growth Strategy & Execution
- Drive the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of domain and account growth strategies.
- Ensure adherence to strategic planning templates, high-quality documentation, and timely plan execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and prioritize actions aligned to account objectives.
- Strategic Deals Support & Client Intelligence
- Lead the continuous improvement of proposal quality, deal pursuit strategies, and sales collateral.
- Support major pursuit teams by aligning messaging with Capco and Wipro’s value proposition and differentiators.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and client intelligence gathering to support positioning.
- Sales Collateral & Propositions Development Support
- Build and maintain Capco’s library of generic sales collateral and standard marketing assets.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Practice Leads to align sales campaigns with ROI targets and growth plans.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality messaging across all proposals and sales documentation.
- Curated Content Management
- Collect and maintain a central, curated repository of targeted proposals, value propositions, client credentials, and go-to-market materials.
- Enforce version control, tagging, and accessibility standards to streamline content discovery and usage.
- Drive consistency and reuse to accelerate the creation of client-ready documents.
- Marketing & Communications Alignment
- Amplify Capco’s global and regional wins, promote strategic sales campaigns, and launch sales enablement accelerators.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Comms teams to align messaging and campaigns with the firm’s broader go-to-market strategy.
- Track the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, business development, or strategic marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of B2B professional services, preferably within financial services or consulting.
- Proven track record of supporting large-scale pursuits and crafting compelling sales propositions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with sales and marketing platforms (e.g., Sales Navigator, SharePoint, CRM, and other tools) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.
- Detail oriented and task driven. Excellent organizational skills is a must-have.
