Day-To-Day:

  • Develop and implement a sales systems and tools training plan aligned with the Sales Enablement Team’s content strategy.
  • Drive adoption and effective usage of sales systems by collaborating with Sales, IT, and Operation teams.
  • Work with Commercial Operations to track, analyze, and report on usage, adoption rates, and business impact, leveraging insights to prioritize and optimize enablement.
  • Change Management for AI Sales Tools: Support the rollout and adoption of new AI-driven sales tools by developing training, best practices, and communication plans to ensure seamless integration into sales processes.
  • Facilitate and deliver virtual and live training sessions.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams managing systems and tools governance and compliance.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong program/project management and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and workflows in enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience with content development including courses, videos, and job aids.
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex systems and tools and being able to translate and simplify in the context of the seller role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic, Salesloft, Highspot, Showpad, HubSpot, Gong).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a global or multi-national organization.
  • Previous experience working with sales teams, as well as sales systems and tools.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales enablement or related role.

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $130,000 - $150,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus. Additionally, every PTC employee has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase discounted PTC stock and, for eligible roles, an equity grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of PTC’s benefits programs, employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave policies, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and a generous commuter subsidy.
