About The Role:
QbDVision is searching for a talented Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing marketing team in the Boston, MA area. Key objectives in this role are to equip sales teams with the training, content, and tools they need to develop and qualify leads, close deals, and support customers effectively. You will partner closely and act as a strategic bridge between marketing, product, and sales to build compelling sales narratives around our product positioning, onboard and train internal sales teams, and elevate sales performance to accelerate revenue growth.
What You'll Own
- Content Creation & Resource Management: Build, curate, and maintain sales collateral like presentation decks, case studies, competitive battle cards, and product sheets for every stage of the buyer's journey.
- Sales-Marketing Alignment: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure all external messaging and sales assets are consistent, optimized, and easy for sellers to access.
- Onboarding & Training: Develop and deliver training for the launch of new sales materials and narratives for existing reps. This includes teaching sales methodologies, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.
- Program Ownership: Develop a scalable process to engage internal subject matter experts across sales, product, and marketing to create compelling sales narratives and materials at scale.
- Ensure that all content adheres to our brand and style guidelines to maintain consistent messaging.
- Exercise your communication and influence skills, presenting and interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
What You Need To Succeed
- 3-5+ years of experience in general marketing, product marketing, sales/marketing operations, or related roles.
- Strong storytelling and exceptional marketing communication skills, conveying a message, building belief, and eliciting action.
- Excellent project management, organization, collaboration skills, and considerable attention to detail.
- Proven experience creating and distributing content that drives business success with measurable results.
- A willingness to get things done - must be a self-starter, with demonstrated ability to ideate and execute with equal skill.
- Experience working in a SaaS or B2B high-growth or start-up environment (Pharma and Biotech experience is a plus, but not a must-have).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), content management systems (e.g., PaperFlite).
