We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing Sales Enablement team. This individual will be responsible for managing the execution of top-tier RFPs, proposals, and pitch decks in collaboration with business stakeholders and our internal design and creative team. The role also encompasses broader sales enablement initiatives, including the design and execution of sales and campaign plays, campaign management, CRM reporting, and list-building efforts within HubSpot.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while juggling multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proposal & Pitch Management: Oversee the development of compelling, high-quality RFPs, proposals, and pitch decks, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and effective messaging tailored to client needs.

· Collaboration with Business Stakeholders: Partner closely with Client Services, sector leaders, and subject matter experts to develop strategic, customized sales materials.

· Creative & Design Coordination: Work in tandem with the design and creative team within the Sales Enablement function to ensure visually engaging and persuasive sales content.

· Sales Play Execution: Design and execute targeted sales plays (campaigns) that align with business goals and growth opportunities.

· CRM & Reporting Management: Leverage HubSpot to manage and execute reporting, dashboard development, and list-building efforts to optimize sales processes and track performance.

· Content & Resource Optimization: Ensure sales teams have access to the latest and most effective sales collateral, messaging frameworks, and enablement resources.

· Process Improvement: Continuously refine and improve sales enablement processes, tools, and best practices to enhance overall effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Proposal Management, Marketing, or a related field within professional services, consulting, investment banking, or financial services.

· Proven ability to manage complex proposal processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and pitch materials.

· Strong proficiency in PowerPoint

· Excellent CRM skills, particularly HubSpot (experience with reporting, data management, and list segmentation is highly preferred).

· Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

· Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting with geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with graphic design tools is a plus.

· Background in professional services, financial advisory, or management consulting firms.

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and recommend strategic actions.

Stout is required by applicable state and local laws to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to prior work and industry experience, education level, and unique skills. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
