WHO WE ARE

EnableComp earned its reputation in the toughest corners of the revenue cycle by solving the complex claims no one else could. We developed Complex Revenue Intelligence™ (CRI), a smarter approach to predict and prevent revenue loss. Powered by the e360 RCM® AI-driven platform and the most expansive complex revenue cycle data set, today EnableComp helps more than 1,000 hospitals nationwide recover $3 billion annually from complex claims, denials, and revenue recovery. By cutting through complexity, we help hospitals thrive, resulting in recognition as Black Book’s #1 Specialty RCM provider for complex claims and revenue integrity in 2024 and 2025, a multi-year Top Workplaces honoree, and a SOC 2 Type II and HITRUST e1-certified platform.
Our Vision is to empower healthcare providers to focus on patient care, not revenue cycle complexity. Our Mission is to uncover what others miss—turning every client dollar recovered into insight that helps prevent future loss. We live our Core Values of Uncompromising Integrity, Ecstatic Clients, and Empowered Team Members by operating with trust, accountability, and a “we before me” mindset. We pursue Innovation and Profitable Growth through continuous improvement and thoughtful problem-solving, and we believe work should include Fun—celebrating success, recognizing our people, and maintaining healthy work-life balance.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Enablement Manager owns the competency and readiness of EnableComp's commercial team: Sales (MVPs and reps), Client Success Directors (CSDs), and Solution Engineering, and, over time, extends into cross functional readiness for Marketing aligned launches. Competency here includes fluency with the commercial tools the team runs on daily, Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and AI enabled selling tools, so that tool proficiency translates directly into faster deal cycles and better day to day performance, not just process knowledge. This is a builder role, not a strategist role: the expectation is working onboarding curricula, certification programs, playbooks, and Salesforce integrated enablement content shipped in weeks, not a multi quarter enablement strategy deck. Success is measured in ramp time, win rate, message consistency, and forecast accuracy, not training hours logged.

The Job Responsibilities Include

  • Onboarding & Certification: Design and run a structured onboarding path for new Sales and CSD hires, with a certification checkpoint before full account/quota ownership. Target: cut time to first qualified opportunity and time to productivity measurably against current baseline.
  • Playbooks & Tools: Build and maintain the discovery guide, competitive battlecards, objection handling library, and cross sell map identified as gaps in the current commercial enablement content, built for daily use in live deals, not reference only documents.
  • AI Enabled Content Velocity: Use Claude and related tools to draft, iterate, and localize enablement content, call prep briefs, and account specific messaging at a pace a traditional enablement build cycle cannot match. This is a required working method, not an optional efficiency tool.
  • Tool & Systems Proficiency: Own certification on the commercial tool stack, Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and AI enabled selling tools, so reps and CSDs use them fluently in live deals, not just log activity in them. Target: measurable gains in tool driven productivity, pipeline hygiene, and content reuse tied to proficiency level.
  • Cross Functional Program Delivery: Partner with Revenue Operations to embed enablement content and certification tracking directly into Salesforce, and with Product Marketing to translate positioning (e.g., CRI category narrative, client proof points) into field ready assets.
  • Enablement Measurement: Own the enablement scorecard: certification completion, ramp velocity, content utilization, and correlation to pipeline and win rate outcomes. Report results in the monthly commercial operating review.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Instructional Design/Learning & Development, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience in commercial enablement, sales training, or revenue operations will be considered in lieu of a degree.4 to 8 years in commercial enablement, sales training, or revenue operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare/RCM with enterprise, committee based buying cycles.
  • 4 to 8 years in commercial enablement, sales training, or revenue operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare/RCM with enterprise, committee based buying cycles.
  • Demonstrated builder track record: has personally created onboarding curricula, certification programs, or playbooks, not just managed a vendor or platform.
  • Fluent with AI tools (e.g., Claude) as a content development accelerant, plus working knowledge of Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Comfortable operating with minimal structure and competing priorities; this is a build and ship role inside a company on an active exit timeline.
  • Healthcare revenue cycle, payer, or provider side commercial experience is a strong plus, not required.

Special Considerations & Prerequisites

  • Minimal travel required (less than 20%), primarily for occasional team or company offsites
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods; standard office or remote work environment
  • A great candidate is self-directed and comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems; treats data hygiene as non-negotiable; and can translate technical workflows into plain-language impact for Sales and Marketing stakeholders
  • Practices and adheres to EnableComp’s Core Values, Vision and Mission.

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
