About the Role

Simeio is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead business development efforts in the Northeast region. This individual contributor role is responsible for driving new business, achieving sales quotas, and expanding Simeio’s presence in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed assigned quotas.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Northeast territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IAM solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
