The Sales Director will lead global growth initiatives, manage strategic accounts, drive revenue expansion, and collaborate cross-functionally in the semiconductor industry.
We’re seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead growth initiatives across global regions — USA, EMEA, and APAC. You’ll manage strategic accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue expansion in semiconductor IP and silicon solutions. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, technically fluent, and skilled at building long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for assigned territories.
- Manage key accounts to achieve revenue, booking, and design win targets.
- Forecast sales pipelines, identify emerging opportunities, and drive market penetration.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with roadmap priorities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy.
- Support new product launches and go-to-market plans in collaboration with regional teams.
Qualifications
- BSEE or MSEE preferred, with strong technical background in semiconductor or silicon IP.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts.
- Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data-driven sales forecasting.
Preferred / Plus
- Existing network within major semiconductor or OEM organizations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across global time zones.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
