We are looking for a Sales Director/ Customer Executive who will be accountable for driving order intake, revenue, and margin for Radio Access products and solutions across Pacific region. As the principal sales leader, the suitable candidate will build trusted C‑suite client relationships, shape customer strategies, and orchestrate alignment across internal stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead as a personal contributor to open new opportunities in the Radio Access sales, including orders, revenue, and margin.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies to accelerate and get a breakthrough and gain footprint and market share from traditional/Incumbent vendors,
  • Establish and maintain C-level customer relationships with MNOs and relevant local government entities across Pacific region.
  • Coordinate full sales cycle in collaboration with regional Leader, pre-sales, product line management, and delivery team to ensure gaining order
  • Provide strategic technical consultancy, influencing customer roadmap alignment with Parallel Wireless RAN solutions.
  • Lead competitive positioning, gathering market intelligence, competitor analysis to shape market strategy and increase wallet share.
  • Drive and coach a matrixed team, monitor pipeline via CRM tools), and drive discipline around forecasting and conversion rates.
  • Represent Parallel Wireless in commercial negotiations, tenders, industry events, and operator forums.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of local experience selling as personal contributor to local MNOs, with quota carrying sales -preferably in Radio Access Networks, telecom solution.
  • Proven record of sales success across Pacific region, with complex multi-stakeholder account management and negotiation.
  • Strong technical comprehension of RAN technologies - especially Macro radios, Massive MIMO, O‑RAN etc…
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and stakeholder influencing abilities.
  • Ability to travel in between the region countries up to ~50% of time
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or technical certifications an advantage.

Preferred Profile:

  • Deep understanding and active C-Level relationship with regional MNOs and telecom ecosystems.
  • Capability to shape consultative, solution-led selling engagements that integrate e2e service offerings.
  • Experience with Systems and tools and processes to enhance productivity and better internal reporting/forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
