Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to establish and grow the company’s presence across the U.S. market.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, and regions for business expansion.
- Build a sustainable sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, outbound campaigns, and networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, including prospect qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Proactively engage with new prospects to introduce the company’s software solutions and articulate a clear value proposition tailored to each client’s needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
- Maintain a consultative sales approach, acting as a trusted advisor to clients to understand their challenges, business priorities, and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction levels.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and generate new business leads.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Accurately forecast sales performance, maintain SFDC, and provide regular pipeline and activity reports to the VP Sales.
- Develop strategic account plans for key prospects and execute tactical actions to drive conversion and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging, identify lead sources, and support demand generation initiatives.
- Partner with Product Management to communicate client needs, feature requests, and market insights that can influence the product roadmap.
- Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably SaaS or enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business in the U.S. market.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. software and technology landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of autonomy, initiative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed across the U.S. to meet clients and attend industry events.
