Sales, Director- Account Executives (Northeast)

As the Enterprise Client Director, you will lead in this Senior Level sales management position, through managing a team of senior level Enterprise Client Executives (ECEs) that represent the full complement of Philips product/solutions portfolio, focused on developing strategic partnerships through C-Suite relationships across IDNs in the Northeast District.

You are responsible for

  • Lead team performance to meet Annual Operating Plan targets, including recruiting, developing, mentoring, and evaluating Enterprise Client Executives (ECEs).

  • Define, oversee and execute Account Business Plans and large-deal/IDN strategies, with quarterly reviews and alignment to regional/district objectives.

  • Drive C-suite engagement within IDNs and support strategic contracting, large-scale projects, and Philips executive customer visits.

  • Produce and present monthly/quarterly IDN accountability and ECE “rack-and-stack” reports to business leaders; assess training needs and co-own performance evaluations.

  • Collaborate across Philips (Regional VPs, District Managers, internal stakeholders) to optimize account coverage, build business cases for resources, and deliver a unified “One Philips” customer experience.

You're the right fit if:

  • 7+ years successful direct sales and management experience in diagnostic imaging, patient monitoring, IT, or consulting in the healthcare space.

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales, IT or equivalent.

  • A strategic selling background with a consistent track record navigating complex, matrixed healthcare organizations and with an example portfolio of strategic relationships/partnerships.

  • A deep understanding of the ACA and its impact on the healthcare market place and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $319,000 to $368,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in the Northeast Region.
