In this role, you'll:

  • Hunt for New Opportunities: Prospect for potential clients through cold-calling to uncover hidden gems in the market.
  • Build Relationships: Connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and position AutoLeap as the ideal solution.
  • Drive Pipeline: Manage your own pipeline, from initial contact to booking demos.
  • Shape Processes: Contribute to the development of our sales processes and best practices.

Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 1 year of outbound sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales software and a knack for learning new tools.
  • Discovery Skills: Ability to ask insightful questions and uncover hidden opportunities.
  • Process-Oriented: A disciplined approach to sales, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Competitive Spirit: A drive to win and a passion for exceeding expectations.
