We are looking for a high-energy driven professional with natural sales instincts, strong technical aptitude, and great attention to detail to join our Sales Development team. The ideal candidate is eager to advance, naturally curious, and passionate. Our SDRs research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, provide immediate and high-quality interactions, and ultimately identify sales opportunities. As an SDR, you will use your business acumen to successfully position Intellum’s value proposition and create value for our customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate the sales pipeline by monitoring all inbound channels, proactively respond to leads, and assign leads to sales reps based on territory definitions
    • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for moving leads rapidly through the marketing funnel; pinpoint areas of friction and recommend solutions to improve the efficiency of the process
  • Qualify prospective customers to ensure alignment on timing and budget and overall fit with our ICP
  • Own initial introduction with prospective customers with a goal to convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Own personalized outbound multi-channel outreach campaign messaging and execution
  • Articulate and understand the breadth of Intellum’s product offerings
  • Understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new potential customers
  • Understand customer pain points and how to use them to create compelling sales messaging
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospective customers for the organization
  • Strategically partner with Marketing to create new business opportunities

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales or similar experience in a comparable role, and a keen desire and aptitude to begin a career in sales
  • A consistent track record of high achievement
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - phone, email, and webinar
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM system
  • Familiarity with Outreach tools (Gong Engage, SalesLoft or Outreach)
  • Strong problem-solving and skills
  • Process oriented and metric-driven
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals in a team environment
  • Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities to learn and develop both personally and professionally
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results
  • Perform other duties as assigned
