Position SummaryAt PatientNow, we understand that a high-performing sales team has a tremendous impact on our growth and success. That’s why we’re looking for a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and company culture. The SDR will be responsible for responding to prospective customer inquiries with lightning-fast speed, conducting creative outbound campaigns to nurture prospective customers, and scheduling demos with these prospects for our sales team. Representing our company as the first line of communication with prospects in the aesthetic industry, the ideal SDR is a quick learner with thorough understanding of the sales process and the value proposition of our offerings as well as possesses exceptional skills in time management, ethics, and customer service. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Works to create valuable engagement with our prospective customers and set qualified net-new demo meetings for our Business Development Managers and Customer Value Reps.
  • Utilize phone, email, text, as well as other creative communication methods to personalize outreach to warm inbound customer inquiries generated from marketing.
  • Continuously research and follow up with colder leads from a variety of sources through outbound prospecting to achieve and exceed personal monthly and annual targets. 
  • Develop product and industry knowledge through internal coaching resources and utilize that knowledge to have quality discovery conversations with prospects.
  • Participate in team meetings and offer feedback to continuously improve sales efficiency.
  • Ensure proper and adequate documentation is entered into Salesforce CRM regarding customer interactions to assist in driving successful sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.

Education/Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop sales principles and methodology
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service competency 
  • Phenomenal time management and organization
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Aesthetic or SaaS industry experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and other sales enablement tech preferred
