We're building a product for developers that will reinvent the way products look and feel in this domain. We're looking to expand our Sales team with a Sales Development Representative who lives and breathes B2D.

This positon is hybrid - in Boston

What You’ll Do:

  • Research the market, map relevant stakeholders in target prospects and identify potential new clients.
  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities by cold reaching prospects through pre-defined call scripts, emails, Linkedin and other channels.
  • Qualify and grow leads into follow up demo meetings.
  • Develop templates and contents that will boost your direct outreach performance.
  • Work in close collaboration with our marketing, product and R&D teams to perfect your messaging and storytelling.
  • Stay up to date with new products in services in our domain to represent the voice of the customer.
  • Be data-driven, measure your conversion rate and constantly improve your tactics.
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative of at least one year.
  • Observability experience - must
  • Have previous experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational skills – time management, focusing your efforts on what matters, analytical abilities to learn from your outcomes and improve.
  • Great communication skills, enthusiasm, and high energy.
  • Excellent listening skills that can pick the essence behind the stories you hear.
  • Native English.
  • Must be located and available to work during EST hours.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold reach-out) - a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field - a plus.
