smoodi is an innovative startup revolutionizing the way people enjoy smoothies with our fully automated, self-cleaning smoothie machines. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated sales & business development representative (BDR) to join our team and help drive new business in the B2B space.
The Role:
We’re seeking a full-time remote BDR/Sales Representative who will not only close deals but also generate and re-engage leads through outreach and marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, running targeted re-engagement campaigns, and driving B2B sales growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Call and follow up with B2B leads, handling both outbound and inbound opportunities
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to re-engage old leads and generate new ones
- Present smoodi’s solution to prospects in a clear and engaging way
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales and campaign activities in HubSpot
- Collaborate with the smoodi team to continuously improve our sales and lead-generation process
What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Previous B2B sales experience (outbound & inbound) is a big plus
- Experience running marketing/outreach campaigns is a plus
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software is a plus
- Must be able to work U.S. hours
What We Offer:
- Base pay at minimum wage + commission
- High earning potential: a strong performer can make $80,000–$150,000/year
- Full-time, fully remote position
