Who we're looking for at Hatch

Hatch is the leading AI communications platform for businesses with contact centers. We're looking to hire a Sales Development Representative to join our growing revenue team. This role is best suited for people who are passionate about helping service businesses grow, have a track record of professional and personal excellence and are committed to building trusting relationships with business owners as well as sales and marketing executives.

In this role, your responsibilities will include engaging with customers using a variety of outbound tactics and leveraging the latest and greatest sales tech. You will also contribute to establishing strategies and best practices within our SDR team.

This role is based at Hatch's sales HQ in Boston, MA and is an in-person role.

Your primary role will be to

  • Work with our sales team to identify, source and book productive conversations with business owners as well as marketing and sales executives

  • Go above and beyond delivering your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed

  • Identify opportunities to learn and advance within the revenue team at Hatch or beyond

Minimum requirements

  • History of personal and professional excellence, ideally as an SDR at a SaaS company

  • Customer-first sales approach

  • Life-long learner mindset

  • You thrive while working in a fast-paced start-up environment

  • You are driven, persistent, and ambitious

  • Experience with services businesses (selling to or working in!) is a huge plus
