About our Culture:Our mission to change behavioral health starts with us and how we operate. We don’t want to just change behavioral health, we want to change the way startups operate. Here are a few tactical examples:
1) Improving accessibility and quality of healthcare is something we live and breathe. Everyone on Camber’s team cares deeply about helping clinicians and patients.

What you'll do:Outreach: Making a high volume of calls (over 500 per week) to engage prospects and book demos, along with outreach across other channels (email, social, etc).
Lead Qualification: Identifying and qualifying leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with Camber Health's solution.
Relationship Building: Building rapport with prospects and addressing initial objections.
CRM Management: Tracking and documenting account and decision-maker details in the CRM.
Goal Achievement: Meeting weekly goals for demo bookings and lead generation.
Sales Passion: Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to drive top-of-funnel growth.
Deep Customer Empathy: Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to help pediatric behavioral health owners provide more care to families impacted by a diagnosis.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with prospects.
Self-Motivation: Ability to go above and beyond and hustle to achieve goals.
Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
