Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for an assigned generating leads for our ISV/Partner Sales & Inside sales teams. The SDR will be assigned various targeted lists for outbound cold calling, developing a pipeline and generating new opportunities for sales. This role is a crucial part of the lead generation and sales process within PayTrace. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Reaches out to targeted prospect lists via outbound calls, email, etc. to promote new and existing products and services. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits

What You'll Do:

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for inside sales and business development representatives
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up
  • Earn commissions by exceeding KPI’s - including outbound activity (phone/email/direct messages), the number of appointments set, monthly and quarterly opportunities generated, etc.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build a sales strategy for generating new prospects

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma

  • 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience as SDR for Saas company

  • Proven record of success with developing prospecting lists.

  • Experience in cold calling and generating new leads

  • Experience in the  Payment Industry, Saas, or B2B experience

Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 (plus uncapped commission)
