The kind of person we're looking for:

If you are somebody who enjoys interacting with prospects and has a desire to begin a career in sales, this is the role for you.  Sales Development drives overall sales by increasing the volume of our leads and qualified opportunities. It is critical to fostering desire for our services and nurturing opportunities that are likely to close. Success in this role is a unique way to gain sales experience and build your career at Paytronix.

The kind of stuff you'll be doing:

  • Outbound demand generation activity including phone and email outreach to prospective clients
  • Qualify inbound inquiries
  • Complete quality discovery in preparation for sales demonstrations
  • Work closely with Sales and Client Success team members to ensure that prospects understand Paytronix’s value proposition
  • Track and report key data points in Salesforce
  • Use Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin, ZoomInfo, and Hubspot to manage and score leads/contacts (Training in these industry-leading tools will be provided)
  • Meet monthly quota expectations

The kind of experience you'll need:

  • BS or BA degree in an accredited four-year institution
  • Demonstrated interest in a career in sales
  • Passionate, motivated and driven to exceed goals
  • Confident and energetic phone presence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities

The extra stuff that would be nice:

  • Experience in the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM software

Salary: $55k-$60k base, plus monthly performance incentives
