OUR WORK MODEL

Office-Based: This is an office-based role in Boston. During your initial training period, you will be required to work in the office five days a week. Once you have successfully ramped up, you will have a WFH allowance of 5 days per month.

YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact between Cognism and potential customers. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating pipeline and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, competitive, and eager to build a successful career in sales.

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES

Drive Pipeline Growth – Engage with inbound leads to quickly qualify and identify sales opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Master Outbound Prospecting – Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to uncover new business opportunities.
Understand the Customer – Develop a deep knowledge of our ideal customer profile to assess prospect fit and tailor outreach effectively.
Exceed Your Targets – Consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting quotas, driving Cognism’s revenue growth.
Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment – Stay agile and proactive, quickly adapting to new tools, strategies, and market changes.
Collaborate & Share Insights – Work closely with team members and cross-functional teams to refine messaging and share market feedback.
