About the Growth team:

The Growth Team is Narmi’s sales department and leads the charge in growing the size and value of Narmi’s customer base. When banks and credit unions want to learn about Narmi and how we can transform their digital experiences, they come to us. Narmi Sales Development Representatives are responsible for having a deep understanding of Narmi products, and demonstrating, evangelizing, and explaining all of the capabilities that Narmi can offer to our prospective customers.


As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven SDR to join our team and play a key role in generating pipeline for our sales organization. If you’re passionate about fintech, technology, and making an impact, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect & Generate Leads – Identify and engage potential customers (banks, credit unions) through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other channels
  • Hunter Role - Effort and outreach to targeted accounts to identify key players and timing for product evaluations
  • Qualify Opportunities – Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' challenges, pain points, and needs, ensuring alignment with our solutions
  • Set Up Meetings & Demos – Book qualified meetings for Growth Executives (GEs) by creating interest and positioning our value proposition effectively
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales – Work closely with marketing to optimize lead-generation campaigns and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Use Sales Tech Stack – Leverage CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), sales engagement platforms, and automation tools to track activities, follow-ups, and performance
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends – Keep up with digital banking, fintech, and SaaS trends to engage prospects with relevant insights
  • Update and leverage Narmi's CRM to effectively track and manage potential customers
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Narmi Platform and its key differentiators
  • Report on Narmi's prospecting performance and identifying potential optimizations
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
  • Attend and represent Narmi at bank and credit union conferences, as needed, and scheduling meetings with decision makers

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3+ years of sales or business development experience
  • A track record of building a sales pipeline and strong prospecting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong problem solving skills
  • Motivation, eagerness to learn, and a self-starting attitude
  • Good time management, and strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • The ability to travel for conferences and trade shows

The expected annual base salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000, in addition to base this position will be eligible for an annual variable compensation plan. This role offers an equity option grant and eligibility for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
