YOUR MISSION

 We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR at Mural, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with Account Executives (AE), Account Managers (AMs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to drive growth opportunities for Mural.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Needs Identification: Be the first point of contact for customers coming to Mural for the first time. You’ll be tasked with engaging them either via a call, email, or chat to understand how we can best support them. You’ll also be responsible for making sure they are introduced to the correct people within our team.  

  • Source Discovery Meetings: Proactively reach out to customers via chat, email, and phone that have engaged with us. Effectively communicate with prospective customers to generate interest and secure appointments.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, activities, and meeting outcomes in Salesforce. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  •  6+ months proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales development, Sales Development, or account executive

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work within a team-oriented environment

  • Familiarity with Pocus, Salesforce, Chilipiper, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Linkedin Sales Navigator, Drift, Qualified, Intercom

  • Knowledge of visual collaboration software or related technologies is a plus

The base + variable salary for this role ranges from $75,000 + $90,000 + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
