Role Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representatives who are interested in becoming Account Executives within their first year. You will be identifying and engaging potential clients, and driving the initial stages of our sales funnel. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound prospecting, and networking.
Outreach: Utilize sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft, along with parallel dialers like Orum or Nooks, to efficiently connect with prospects.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive lead generation and conversion.


Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years as a Sales Development Representative in a similar role within a tech company, preferably a startup.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using sales engagement platforms like LinkedIn, Outreach or Salesloft and parallel dialers such as Orum or Nooks.
Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, managing time and resources effectively.
Ambition: A strong desire to advance to an Account Executive role, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative approaches to overcome challenges and meet objectives.
Resilience: Capacity to perform under pressure, maintaining focus and effectiveness in a high-paced environment.


Compensation is $70K base with commission and stock options.

You must be authorized to work in the US.
