Fire&Spark is experiencing explosive growth as a pioneering AI Search agency, delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth for venture-backed and Fortune 500 brands. We're seeking an elite Sales Development Representative who can transform our industry-leading thought leadership into high-value client relationships. If you’re ready to work alongside a leading AI Search speaker and turn conference stages and proprietary live events into qualified sales pipelines, this is your opportunity.

About Fire&Spark

Fire&Spark is an AI Search agency built on a simple conviction: AI search is won by earning trust and making brands intelligible to AI, not by gaming algorithms. Founded and led by CEO Dale Bertrand, a recognized authority on SEO and AI Search Optimization (GEO), we help ambitious brands turn organic search into a durable growth engine. We work with enterprise and high-growth companies, with deep specialization in the digital-health space, and we operate by a set of core values: intellectual honesty, relentless curiosity, and doing work we're proud to put our name on.

Our Approach to AI Search

Most agencies are still optimizing for a version of search that's disappearing. We're not. AI is collapsing ten blue links into a single answer, and the brands that win are the ones that answer engines trust enough to quote. Our entire approach is built to make our clients that trusted source — cited by AI, discovered by buyers, and impossible to ignore.

The Assets You'll Work With

You'll have a rare set of demand-generation assets to build on:

  • Proprietary events — 6 to 8 curated events per year, each with 15 to 35 attendees, the majority squarely within our ideal customer profile.
  • High-profile speaking platform — Our CEO speaks at 12 to 15 conferences a year, including UNBOUND, Moz, MAICON, and more.
  • Live Virtual Events — 2 Virtual events per month with 100-600 registrations per event.
  • Engaged email audience — Email list and a growing library of thought leadership content.
Application Limit

To ensure a thoughtful and deliberate review of each application, we will close this position after receiving 75 applications.

The Role

This US-based role reports directly to our senior leadership team and is built for a confident, creative sales rep with a proven track record of turning thought leadership into revenue.

Here's the truth: Fire&Spark is exceptional at earning attention and has room to grow at converting it. Our CEO speaks at 12–15 conferences a year, we host live events full of ICP buyers, and we reach a 10k+ engaged warm audience via email and LinkedIn. What's missing is the person who turns all of that into qualified pipeline. That's the gap you'll close.

This isn't a spray-and-pray seat. You'll design "small-batch," high-impact campaigns rooted in real research, using our thought leadership as your opening. Working directly with our founder and leadership team, you'll own conference strategy end-to-end, build nurture campaigns that earn replies, and put cutting-edge GTM automation behind outreach that feels personal because it is.

  • Sales Commission: 2% on all work that is closed within 1 year
