The Sales Development Representative will convert Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads, focusing on qualification and booking meetings, without closing sales.
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a disciplined and high-energy Sales Development Representative to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through structured discovery and high-quality meeting booking. This role focuses on qualification and pipeline creation—not closing.
Requirements
Qualify inbound and outbound MQLs from trade shows, campaigns, and dealer/integrator lists
Conduct phone-first outreach using AI-assisted dialing tools
Run 15–30 minute discovery calls to assess fit, decision-makers, and project potential
Book high-quality SQL meetings for Sales (target: 5–6 per day)
Follow approved messaging, pitch frameworks, and objection handling
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure clean handoffs to Sales
Must be willing to work ONSITE
Must be open to traveling abroad for training opportunities and eligible to receive client performance bonuses

SQLs booked and conversion rates
Call quality, discovery depth, and CRM accuracy (Hubspot)
