JOB SUMMARY

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Deposco, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for generating interest in our solutions and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to help grow this function to make a significant impact at Deposco.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct strategic research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target accounts (not looking for dialing for dollars, but a strategic/well thought out targeting approach )

  • Develop and manage a list of named accounts and contacts to ensure outreach and campaigns are targeted to the correct individuals.

  • Leverage persona-based messaging to differentiate Deposco’s solutions.

  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in Deposco's solutions leveraging the tech stack in a strategic/focused manner.

  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and potential fit with our offerings.

  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.

  • Strategic alignment with the sales team to drive territory plans

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of ABM strategy into broader outreach initiatives.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Deposco's product offerings.

  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development.

  • Monitor and take action on intent data from ABM platforms (Demandbase, ZoomInfo, etc.) to inform ABM campaigns, and prioritize outreach efforts.

  • Develop and provide ongoing Sales communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow up on qualified leads.

  • Utilize CRM, and other tools to implement and track prospecting campaigns, measure performance, and optimize efforts for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities Salesforce.com

  • Analyze and report on the impact of outreach and campaigns, including meetings booked, demos scheduled, pipeline generated, revenue generated, and other engagement metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience in a sales development, sales or customer-facing role.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.

  • Proficiency in tech stack tools such as Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, cadence tools, etc.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams as well as leadership.
