With Letterhead, your newsletters do all the work for you. We help publishers and marketers engage their audience, create great content products, and generate revenue, with software that can automate and support the entire process through machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to potential clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM system, ensuring accuracy of customer information and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted content strategies for lead nurturing.


Required Qualifications

  • 1 year experience as a SDR/BDR in a software company or similar space.
  • Strong desire to grow a career in sales, preferably in the Tech or SaaS sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with enthusiasm for engaging prospects.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of resilience and adaptability in the face of rejection.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Apollo, Outreach, Hubspot and lead management tools.
  • Previous experience in a sales-focused role is advantageous.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead generation techniques.
