The Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of outbound experience in a technical sales environment. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through targeted outreach and collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.
This is an in-office role based in the Boston area, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy startup culture
What You’ll Do
- Identify, research, and prospect into target manufacturing accounts using a multi-channel outbound strategy (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to execute targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate lead and activity data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Contribute feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
What You'll Bring
- 1–2 years of SDR experience, ideally in a B2B technical sales environment (SaaS, hardware, robotics, AI, or related)
- Hands-on experience with SDR tools like Apollo, SalesLoft, Outreach, and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persistent approach to outbound outreach
- Strong curiosity and willingness to understand complex technical products
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with the manufacturing, robotics, or hardware/software industry
