Job Summary

We are hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience selling AI SaaS solutions. This is a fully remote sales role ideal for candidates who thrive in outbound prospecting, understand complex tech products, and can confidently engage decision-makers in AI-driven conversations.

You will play a critical role in building pipeline, qualifying leads, and setting high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies
  • Clearly communicate the value of AI SaaS solutions to prospective clients
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buying intent
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR in AI SaaS or highly technical SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of outbound sales success and pipeline generation
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and ability to articulate technical value propositions
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience using sales tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
