As a Sales Development Representative at Lumos, you will collaborate with Account Executives to identify decision makers, create outreach strategies, and qualify inbound leads, all while building meaningful relationships with prospects. You will contribute to the sales pipeline and provide insights on improving sales efficiency.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be critical in ensuring we get our category-defining product into every enterprise's hands! You will own our outbound sales engine and help build pipeline as we continue to make a splash in the market.
✨ Your Responsibilities:- Work closely with your Account Executive to identify key decision makers and prospects within designated segment alignment (Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts).
- Take a creative approach to building distinct, value-based outreach plans
- Be collaborative and team-oriented. If you find something that works well, share your best practices to the wider sales team with the goal of making everyone better
- Create a professional and positive first impression for our prospects and customers by building meaningful relationships and explaining Lumos’ potential value-add for their business
- Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries for your Account Executive by identifying needs, challenges, and goals of our prospective customers
- Provide feedback and insights to Sales Managers and Sales Enablement on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role
- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold-calling prospects
- Experience working with IT, Security, GRC or similar technical buyers (experience selling cybersecurity is a plus)
- Ability to be nimble and a desire to work in a start-up environment where resources are still being built or refined
- Strong communication skills, operate with ethics, adaptability, grit and empathy
- Ability to work EST/CST hours
- Prior experience working fully remote is strongly preferred

💰 Pay Range$80,000 - $90,000 OTE (USD). Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
