As a Sales Development Representative, you'll build an active sales pipeline, conduct outbound prospecting, and ensure quarterly revenue targets are met.
Intuition Machines uses AI/ML to build enterprise security products. We apply our research to systems that serve hundreds of millions of people, with a team distributed around the world. You are probably familiar with our best-known product, the hCaptcha security suite. Our approach is simple: low overhead, small teams, and rapid iteration.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building an active sales pipeline to ensure quarterly revenue targets are exceeded within your assigned region.
What will you do:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, and other tools within the assigned territory to generate high-quality leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Execute sales campaigns that deliver customer value and drive multi-year sales engagements.
- Create and clearly communicate compelling value propositions for IMI’s products and services.
- Collaborate with partners to extend market reach, drive product adoption, and ensure successful customer renewals.
- Contribute to an excellent overall customer experience.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to open doors and generate interest in our offerings.
- Proven track record of sourcing high-quality opportunities that lead to meaningful sales engagements or product demos.
- Background in systems/electronic engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus.
- Experience with consultative selling techniques.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and key performance metrics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and channel partners.
