About SkinnyDipped
Located in Seattle, SkinnyDipped was founded by a mom and daughter and two best friends after realizing that nothing is more important than time spent with the ones you love. Starting out of their kitchen, the four women created SkinnyDipped: thinly dipped chocolate almonds that are exceptionally good-for-you and ridiculously delicious. We’re proud to remain a women-led company driven by the belief that healthy snacking should make both you and your body happy.

Our Mission
We craft food that nourishes your body and your spirit. We believe everyone deserves access to delicious, nutritious, and clean snacks—the kind we proudly share with our own families. As a women-founded company, we’re committed to uplifting women and the children they care for in our local communities and around the world, because no one—especially a child—should go without love or food.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, detail-loving Sales Coordinator to play a key supporting role on our fast-paced Sales team. If you’re energized by keeping people organized, making processes smoother, and being the go-to person who helps everything click into place, this is the role for you.
In this position, you’ll support the team with day-to-day operations, data management, reporting, customer onboarding, meeting coordination, and all the behind-the-scenes work that fuels revenue growth. If you’re excited by the idea of being the operational glue that holds a high-performing sales organization together, we want to talk to you.

Support trade shows by coordinating logistics, preparing assets (banners, tablecloths, shippers, etc.) and handling assorted pre- and post-show tasks.

Keep Sales Data & Pricing Running Smoothly
Maintain and distribute price lists: update master price files, ensure clean version control, and communicate updates to brokers, distributors, and the sales team.
Manage the Sales SharePoint site—build and organize folders, manage permissions, upload weekly reports, and train teammates on best practices.

Deliver Reporting & Insights
Compile weekly sales updates using IRI/Nielsen, broker reports, in-store audits, and internal systems; build and distribute concise dashboards
Support seasonal forecasting efforts by partnering with Demand Planning and Operations to track forecast vs. demand.

Support Customer Onboarding & Account Setup
Coordinate onboarding for new customers by working with Finance, Operations, and Legal.
Prepare item setup forms, EDI requirements, customer packets, and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate customer databases and ensure all information stays clean and up to date.

Support Projects, Presentations & Day-to-Day Needs
Assist in building sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
Tackle various administrative tasks and customer-driven requests—always with accuracy, timeliness, and alignment in mind.
Jump in as needed for one-off projects and evolving priorities.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
