The Sales Coordinator II is responsible for providing order management services to clients. This role acts as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Works with customers on issues after order placement
  • Resolves issues with customers in consultation with Traders
  • Ensures timely resolutions inclusive of financial implications of order processing
  • Seeks efficiencies in determining cost drivers for contract administration
  • Identifies claim file types and assembles files according to relevant information
  • May exhibit leadership, guidance and/or training of newer employees
  • Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales / Customer Service
  • Computer literate
  • MS Office Suite with special emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong skills and abilities in written and verbal communication
  • Has solid understanding and capability of order process and file management

Preferred requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related discipline
  • Metals or aerospace experience, or background

Job Compensation

$61,647.32 - $92,470.97
