The Sales Assistant supports Senior Account Executives by managing data, training, and communication with loan officers to enhance relationships and productivity.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Senior Account Executives with functions around growing broker relationships and volume.  Skills include organization, product knowledge, and system training.  Must be willing to make up to 50 outbound calls a day while also responding to income requests via email and phone calls. This role is full-time; non-exempt. This position has no supervisory responsibilities, and this position reports to Noah Schuffman, RVP of Sales.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the lists of LO’s to ensure it is up to date and each LO has logins, is in Engage, and is receiving at least Marketing Announcements.
 - Communicate login information to each LO with call and follow up email with tutorials and assistance for LO’s new to Breeze.
 - Track new LO’s that start with company and use template to make sure they have login and info about Plaza’s products and services.
 - Train LO’s and processors on Plaza systems.
 - Weekly reach outs to LO’s doing regular business. Monthly reach outs to part-time LO’s (less than 1 loan/mo).
 - Schedule meetings for Senior AE with top producing LO’s
 - Update Engage with details about each conversation or voicemail.
 - Consistent follow up on submission of conditions for approved/suspended loans
 - Pipeline/lock expiration management per Senior AE/RVP request
 - Follow up on Reverse Pre-Qual pipeline
 - Communicate anything learned to RVP and AE that could be helpful for strategy with account.
 - Assist with coverage when an AE is out of office.
 - Other duties as needed to help Senior AE.
 
Required Skills and Education
- Experience in the Mortgage Industry
 - Capability of handling and meeting deadlines, and prioritizing in fast-paced environment with a heavy volume
 - Ability to Multitask
 - Bachelor’s degree in Sales; Finance Field
 - 2+ years as a sales assistant
 - Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
