About the Role

As a participant in the Sales and Marketing Leadership Development Program, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas through four six-month rotations. Working alongside sales, marketing, product, and client relationship teams, you'll contribute to projects that support business growth, strengthen client engagement, and enhance the delivery of investment solutions.

Depending on your rotation, responsibilities may include developing marketing materials, supporting go-to-market campaigns, conducting market and competitor analysis, assisting with data reporting and modelling, and providing sales support. You'll also help maintain client and prospect information, prepare business insights for meetings, support institutional client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to deliver a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary depending on current rotation and assigned projects, this could include:

  • Developing and maintaining marketing collateral that effectively communicates our brand, investment capabilities, and products to financial advisors and institutional investors

  • Supporting go-to-market marketing campaigns that effectively reach our target audience through digital, event and in-person activations

  • Partnering with the product team to conduct competitive marketplace analysis

  • Assisting colleagues with data modeling and reporting

  • Providing general multi-channel sales support

  • Supporting the sales team with prospect and opportunity analysis, and meeting preparation

  • Collaborating with consultant relations and relationship management teams to provide support to our institutional clients and consultant relationships

  • Working with sales and relationship management teams to update prospect and client profiles in the account management system

  • Creating target client and prospect lists for focus strategies with consultant ratings

  • Providing continuous inbound marketing support, sales assistance and follow-up to brokers/producers and wholesalers to maintain a high level of service to priority broker/dealers

  • Maintaining management software and inputs to literature orders

Required Qualifications

  • Current Senior at a 4-year university pursing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field

  • Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027

  • Commitment to complete the full 24-month Leadership Development Program, starting June 2027

  • Commitment to obtain Series 7 (or SIE and Series 7 top-off exam) and Series 66 (or 63 & 65 combined) within a defined period

Preferred Qualifications

  • High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics

  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 

  • Ability to work and communicate collaboratively with all levels of the organization including team members, managers, and senior leaders 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

In-Office Collaboration 
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $80,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurance.
